RNAcentral Release 7

The latest version of the RNAcentral database is now available. Release 7 brings together 13 million non-coding RNAs from 26 Expert Databases including:

• New Expert Databases: Ensembl, GENCODE, and FlyBase
• Latest data from Rfam, ENA, RefSeq, HGNC, and PDB.

The RNAcentral website now features better descriptions of RNA sequences and an improved genome browser with support for URL sharing.
