To continue providing the most relevant and maintained tools at EMBL-EBI we periodically review and retire certain services. To that end we will be retiring the following tools in April 2016:
To continue providing the most relevant and maintained tools at EMBL-EBI we periodically review and retire certain services. To that end we will be retiring the following tools in April 2016:
- FingerPRINTScan
- PROSITE Scan
- The debugging interface to InterProScan
Please note InterProScan will continue to be available through Web Services and the InterPro website.
