FTP Service update

There have been some technical issues with the FTP service since Christmas. We apologise to all users impacted by these problems and would like you to know that these problems have been largely resolved and the service is resuming normal operation. We are expecting the service to be stable by end of business today however it is still in an "at-risk" condition and the performance could be slower than usual until the beginning of next week.
