Expression Atlas New Release
New in our Gene and Protein Expression data resources: embryonic development in mouse and zebrafish, keyword search, and heatmap sorting.
We are pleased to offer new datasets and features in our Gene and Protein Expression services, which we hope you will find interesting and useful.
New datasets
Expression Atlas release features new datasets on:
- Mouse embryo development from the DMDD project
- Zebrafish embryo data sets (Vertebrate Genetics and Genomics group at the Sanger Institute)
- The first Schistosoma Mansoni baseline experiment.
Keyword search
We now offer an improved keyword search on gene or sample queries. Here is an example showing expression in liver (any organism)
Sorting heatmaps
You can now sort our heatmaps by expression rank using a new feature. Try using our new sort feature with REG1B (human)
