The latest release of Ensembl Genomes contains 30,586 genomes from 5,319 species! New features include image export and the latest cross-references to the Pathogen-Host Interaction Database.

The latest release of Ensembl Genomes contains 30,586 genomes from 5,319 species. It features new export options for images in our websites, and the latest cross-references to the Pathogen-Host Interaction Database (PHI-base, version 4) for thousands of genes in Fungi, Bacteria and Protists.
