New releases: InterPro 89.0 and InterProScan 5.56-89.0
InterPro version 89.0 and InterProScan 5.56-89.0 are now available! InterPro now features hundreds of new methods integrated from partner databases, and InterProScan draws on over 40000 entries.
InterPro version 89.0
InterPro 89.0 integrates 86 new methods from the CATH-Gene3D (8), CDD (3), HAMAP (37), PANTHER (4), PIRSF (1), PROSITE profiles (33) databases, and covers 82.0% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2022_02. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 135 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.
The new release includes an update to UniParc (uniparc_match.tar.gz) matches to InterPro methods. You can find this on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/interpro.
