InterPro version 82.0

InterPro 82.0 integrates 623 new methods from the SMART (1), Pfam (6), PANTHER (509), CDD (105), SFLD (2) databases, and covers <81.3>% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2020_05. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 113 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.

The new release includes an update to UniParc (uniparc_match.tar.gz) matches to InterPro methods. You can find this on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/interpro
