New releases: InterPro 67.0 and InterProScan 5.28-67.0
InterPro database version 67.0 and InterProScan version 5.28-67.0 for functional analysis are now available. InterPro now covers over 80% of the UniProt Knowledgebase and predicts GO terms for over 63 million proteins.
InterPro version 67.0
A new section on the entry page shows the relationship between homologous superfamilies and other InterPro entries.
InterPro 67.0 includes an update to CATH-Gene3D 4.2.0 and integrates 1362 new methods from the CATH-Gene3D (853), CDD (238), SUPERFAMILY (47), PANTHER (217), Pfam (3) and SFLD (4) databases.
This integrating resource now covers 80.6% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2018_02. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 63 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.

InterProScan 5.28-67.0
InterProScan 5.28-67.0 uses data from the newly released InterPro 67.0, which contains 33,707 entries and includes an update to CATH-Gene3D (4.2.0).
