New releases: InterPro 66.0 and InterProScan 5.27-66.0
InterPro database version 66.0 and InterProScan version 5.27-66.0 for functional analysis are now available. InterPro now covers over 81% of the UniProt Knowledgebase and predicts GO terms for over 58 million proteins.
InterPro version 66.0
InterPro 66.0 integrates of 1031 new methods from the CDD (140), Pfam (3), PROSITE profiles (22), PANTHER (806), HAMAP (58) and ProDom (2) databases.
This integrating resource now covers 81.0% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2017_11. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 58 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.

InterProScan 5.27-66.0
InterProScan 5.27-66.0 uses data from the newly released InterPro 66.0, which contains 32,568 entries and includes an update to PROSITE patterns (v. 2017_09), HAMAP (v. 2017_10) and PROSITE profiles (v. 2017_09).
