New releases: InterPro 64.0 and InterProScan 5.25-64.0
New releases: InterPro database (v. 64.0) and InterProScan (v. 5.25-64.0) for functional analysis. InterPro now covers over 80.6% of the UniProt Knowledgebase and predicts GO terms for over 52 million proteins.
InterPro version 64.0
InterPro 64.0 integrates of 1259 new methods from the CDD (460), Pfam (436), SUPERFAMILY (4), PANTHER (146), CATH-Gene3D (19), PIRSF (17) and ProDom (177) databases.
This integrating resource now covers 80.6% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2017_07. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 52 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.
Our new release includes an update to UniParc (uniparc_match.tar.gz) matches to InterPro methods. You can find this on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/interpro/current

InterProScan 5.25-64.0
InterProScan 5.25-64.0 uses data from the newly released InterPro 64.0, which contains 30,876 entries and includes an update to CDD (v.3.16).
