New releases: InterPro 58.0 and InterProScan 5.19-58.0
InterPro now features a new member database: CDD! This release of InterPro offers hundreds of new methods integrated from partner databases, and InterProScan now draws on over 29,000 entries.
InterPro version 58.0
InterPro 58.0 integrates 542 new methods from the CDD (318), Pfam (1), SUPERFAMILY (1), HAMAP (43) and PANTHER (179) databases.
InterPro now covers 79.8% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2016_06. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 38 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.
The new release includes an update to UniParc (uniparc_match.tar.gz) matches to InterPro methods. You can find this on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/interpro

InterProScan 5.19-58.0
InterProScan 5.19-58.0 uses data from the newly released InterPro 58.0, which contains 29,415 entries and includes a new member database CDD (v. 3.14) and an update to HAMAP (v. 201605.11). You can find the full release notes here.
