New releases: InterPro 53.0 and InterProScan 5.14-53.0
The latest version of InterProScan lets you scan sequences for matches against the InterPro database of protein families and motifs. The new release of InterPro offers over 27,500 entries, integrates 166 new methods from several databases, and predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 30 million UniProt proteins.
InterPro version 53.0
InterPro 53.0 integrates 166 new methods from the CATH-Gene3D (3), Pfam (3), SUPERFAMILY (7) and PANTHER (153) databases, and covers 78.9% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2015_08.
It also predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 30 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.
The new release includes an update to UniParc (uniparc_match.tar.gz) matches to InterPro methods. You can find this on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/interpro

InterProScan 5.14-53.0 uses data from the newly released InterPro 53.0, which contains 27,542 entries and includes updates to Pfam (28.0). You can find the full release notes here.
