InterPro version 52.0

InterPro 52.0 integrates 280 new methods from the PANTHER (130), PROSITE patterns (1), PROSITE profiles (32), Pfam (4) and TIGRFAMs (113) databases, and covers 79.7% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2015_06.

It also predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 29 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.

The new release includes an update to UniParc (uniparc_match.tar.gz) matches to InterPro methods. You can find this on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/interpro

InterProScan 5.12-52.0

InterProScan 5.12-52.0 uses data from the newly released InterPro 52.0, which contains 27,463 entries and includes updates to PROSITE patterns and profiles (20.113). You can find the full release notes here.
